Matt was asked to lead, as ECI Manager the mock assessment workshops with Seqwater to show how the team would effectively work together to provide the necessary outputs required during the ECI process. Following Pensar’s successful selection as sole ECI proponent,
Matt helped us with the foundation workshop with all key stakeholders involved in the ECI. He then supported us throughout the ECI on technical, commercial and risk workshops to navigate certainty to Seqwater on the solution and delivery mechanics for successfully implementing the project in the next stage.
Matt’s natural collaborative nature was well suited to the role and he also helped developed our relationships with key stakeholders on the client side throughout the process.
