" CPB engaged Matt to support the Urban Utilities NG4D Bid. This capital infrastructure program included the delivery of critical water assets in South East Queensland across the Urban Utilities portfolio.

Matt’s role included involvement from the initial strategy session to contribute ideas and market trends to setup the bid for success. In addition, Matt was utilised to tap into his knowledge and experience of current and recent large water programs and projects, including the previously successful TasWater Capital program in Tasmania, to support writing particular sections of the bid to support the bid team across Brisbane and Melbourne. Matt also acted in a minor role reviewing and supporting others in their contributions to the bid to provide guidance and input wherever was necessary.
Matt provided day to day support on the development of the submission, assisting with review of responses to ensure alignment with client drivers and bid messaging while drawing on his understanding and technical knowledge of the Queensland water industry.
